Rubber seals for window systems

An important place in the production of branded products is occupied by various sealants used in many areas of the national economy. These products are manufactured on a modern continuous vulcanization line of the German company "Rubicon".
Full automation and computerization of the technological process provides the possibility of producing high-precision seals with a rather complex geometric shape. All equipment is designed and manufactured by the company's own services, which allows us to respond to market needs quite quickly and qualitatively. Rubber seals are made of ground black mixtures based on ethylene propylene rubber (international name EPDM).
Such mixtures provide high ozone resistance of parts, and also have high performance characteristics in the temperature range from -40 ° C to 80 ° C. Seals are manufactured according to the technical requirements set out in the relevant drawings for each type of part. Seals are coated with a special high-quality silicone emulsion, which facilitates the installation of seals in window systems and provides additional protection against aging. Rubber seals are wound on coils of 350 or 450 m (depending on the configuration and weight of the profile) and placed in cardboard boxes.
All products are manufactured on modern high-precision equipment, which ensures dimensional stability and quality. The seals have a hygienic conclusion from the Institute of Eco-Hygiene and Toxicology of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
